You have to be patience. Your communication skills is very important with US customers. They don't want to waste their time when they talk to you. People in US are very efficient compare to any other countries. This is the truth because I have compare it by myself for the past 4 years. They want to make sure their time is use in the best way.
Hi wijayah,
Thank you very much for your suggestion..
Yes, business man dont want to waste their time in the endless talking or just keep sending sampels or anything else, noted it , thank you once again.

Now many customers searching suppliers take products price as first factor,so when one of your products has lower price ,maybe luck will follow you closed.

Being new to this site, I can tell you exactly what the problem is. You simply do not know who to trust.
As a potential buyer, here is what I would suggest to suppliers, manufacturers, etc.....be willing to send the first few orders COD (charge on delivery) to a buyer. This means that YOU must be willing to send your product and pay for the shipping up front. When the product is delivered, the customer must pay the required amount for the product and shipping before the product is left by the courier. This would help in establishing trust on BOTH sides and hopefully a long term relationship. I understand that you are taking risks in losing shipping costs, so as a supplier you must also do your due dligence. Ask for sales tax licences (copies), feedback on ebay, amazon, paypal, etc.....and whatever other items you think might be helpful. An honest buyer would not hesitate to provide these items as the alternative would be to perhaps be scammed and lose money.
If this is simply not an option for you, consider escrow services and/or PayPal.
I have not been able to find anywhere where I can look further into a company. There needs to be an area that rates suppliers in different categories, ie, product quality, shipping time, ease of entire process, communication,etc...This needs to be weeded through by a third party.
I spend on average 4-6 hours EVERY DAY on Alibaba trying to find ANY of the above options listed in the categories that I am interested in purchasing and have yet to find such. We are a new company starting out and VERY leary of sending our hard earned money to just anyone, as you can imagine. BUYERS like me ARE out there. I know this for a fact. I just spent 6 weeks in a class full of buyers that have the same problems I do. So, if you really want to open up for a huge customer base, be more willing to negotiate terms with the smaller buyers. I gurantee (although I can't spell the word but who can?) you would see a nice increase in buyers.
I am full of all kinds of advice for suppliers from what I have learned just spending so much time on Alibaba, so just ask if you have a question.
Best of luck to all suppliers and buyers alike.
