Yes , you are right, when the bad products or copy version caused your extreme impressed,(bad), no one are willing to let his money out of his pocket and buy something from that suppier, sorry to hear you experienced that, but please you believe there are still many trustworthy and quality suppliers out there, CHINA.

we are a led products manufacturer,now in our market,we can't apply for patent for every design,so same graphics from all the company usually.And for the RMB exchange rate raise up,good products price is expansive,competitive is quite obviously.

One of the main reasons I have with the China traders is the western union payment. I am a small retailer here in Washington USA and I have made purchases befor and there is no garentee (sp) that I will recive the goods after I sent the money. I have been scamed 3 times from Putian, Fujian. We all are very cautious with dealings with trade companys from China. The money here is getting weaker and we need to pay more for the goods. Don't trust anyone who promised you sell you goods by WESTERN UNION, if you use you will take all the risk by yourself . Actually the way is easy to be scammed by the fraud, some of US customer had been suffered from the nightmare..
I cautious dealt with the business from all over the world , and i met many fruads from Nigeria , Uganda, Gaha, they used Cash cheque, promised you they will buy lots of goods ..even they called themselves are the representive of Goverment ..... You need to have your country men to be honest business people. I made a pre-order of $3,000 of electronics, recived $250 of items I did not order. I contacted the china supplier and he stated it was with his shipping company and he would check it out and get back with me...that was 3 weeks ago and can not get him to respond. I to have customers that I need to respond to and this makes me look bad not to say there is a thief in China running around with my money!!!!In mean time I have contact 4 other chinese suppliers and they are very slow to contact, if they contact at all. You understand now why our faith is failing in the chinese system. If you say you are going to do something let's do it quickly and move on to the next money making deal for both of us!!!!!!

More cautious dealing with your supplier, don't make a deal with somebody hasty before you check the supplier out.,and don't use the unsafe way when you decide to send us to the supplier,.etc. but there are still many reputable suppliers exist in China, believe it.

------ yes , many buyers of abroad suffered the similar things like you, in fact sometimes the mistake was exist, when you send an inquiry to a supplier ,maybe he was busying with some other inquries, or he CANNOT do your work, or there are twenties, fifties or hundreds of inquiries come into the real, reputable supplier, as you know chinese goods are cheap and quality(to the extent), that's why so many abroad buyers keep buying goods from China. Nowadays, many single trader can do business by his wise talk , trick , and your trust --easily to get . so please check your supplier in person before you release order to him. good suppliers was exist, bad one too. it seems to be paradox, but that's the truth. take care.

Give the trust to your client,then you will get the trust from them.In some extent, give is gain.
I agree that payment method is one of the biggest hurdles to business with Chinese companies, but Paypal or Escrow is really not as widely accepted around the world as people from the Ebay countries (Canada, USA, UK, Australia) might seem to think. Some places in the world do not have access to Paypal at all.

I don't think the payment method is the biggest problem to business, the point is the supplier is true or not , reputable or not ... Paypal and Escrow can save money , it is true , but if you can benefit from the deal , you also can use TRANSFER WIRE though it charge more. More and more supplier will accpect the way you used , of course we are.. we can sell you goods by your Paypal payment.
