How to make the inquiry into an order?

Dear sir,

I am new here as a golden supplier in Alibaba ,there are  many thing that I am confused,and also face a problem to find a business partner in the Internet,and though I was the gold  supplier of alibaba,but I still have the problem facing  no order geting from abroad, there are pity order every month!So would you just give me a piece of advice? It will be hightly appreciated for that.

Dear Sir/Madam,

To get an order now-a-days is not so easy.You will send thousands of quotations and only a couple of them will fetch you a good deal.In this age you need to be very competitive.Also you need to convince your buyer in such a way that he has to buy from you.This involves sales and marketting techniques.I hope you will achieve success soon.Always be gay and happy and never get discouraged if you don't receive an order.

Every greenhand experience this stage, great pressure comes from not only director but also ourself. just to face the difficulty bravely,and persistant. believe in yourself.

For me, there is no better way to get an order,send emails and make every possible way to serve every potencial customers.As we all know the old saying: no pains,no gains..

For converting an enquiry in to order you will have to ensure :

1. Respond the enquiry at super fast speed.

2.Be precise & specific.

3. Sale price should be competitive.

4.Give complete details about packing, payment terms etc in first mail.

we  have received enquiries from foreigner,but little of these quation will be order ,we always think about this problem ,is there any problem ,due to price ,reply time and other tech ,i do not know ,as we know ,it is competitvv more fiercely than before .

winwonwong- several of the suggestions provided by forum members above are good for you to consider. I don't think there is an easy answer. One additional area that you need to look at is how much information you are providing the prospective buyers using online medium. The more information that you provide the easier will be for the buyer to consider your product. If you do the right thing persistence pays off.
