Hi buyers,
I think one way may to identify the genuine gold suppliers easily, you can ask more professional questions about the products and also test the patience, a real supplier can make the right answers from the beginning to the end, and the language skills are very important as the geniune sales persons can easily make the things clear, the trick player goes with the opposite ways, he just tries everything to have yr money into his pocket. Thanks.
hi friend,
i am so sorry to hear this happened in our country .every one hope a safety and honesty business enviroment.but there have alwayssome moth..
Next time before you decide to buy from which supplier, you'd better have a glance on internet to see if it had any bad comment on that supplier.and then you need to confirm if the information are reality in appearance.you should call to that company to verify.maybe you also could ask some friends in here to get some information about that company.and finally choice a safe payment term and then keep track of the EXPRESS.in this way you could found the problem promptly.anyway, you should be careful before payment.
since now ,i think it is hard to get your money back .it would be help if you exposure this company in some business website,to avoid others encounter same trick.

That's a good answer, at least that's what a buyer can do, over time trick sellers improve too, they too pick up their conning skill each day.
Gold supplier and trust pass members are just the one who pay a fee to Alibaba, just like buying a fake doctorate on E-Bay, anybody can do that if you are willing to fork out some money.
Alibaba should do more than that, other than let buyers who has been conned express their disappointment and anger on the forum.
There are always trickster all over the world, however there are more in developing country, since China has the most population in the world by ratio they should have the most trickster as well, do you agree?
You just cannot say the victim chose a wrong supplier and thats that. This person bought from a gold member with a highly regarded trust p *. If a gold member cannot be be trusted who can you trust. Thats why the L/C works in most cases, because the risk is equal.

Sorry to hear that, maybe you choose a wrong supplier..
Or, some misunderstanding for the delivery of the samples..

Back in May 2007 I started looking for suppliers for a new business venture in the UK
One of the Chinese Companies was a Gold Member with a Trust Pass
We took trade references of them and it all looked good when checked out.
We paid for the samples and the company said they had shipped the goods but they never arrived.
We had to employ a translation service as the company would not reply to emails.
Finally the company supplied an EMS shipping docket that was virtually unreadable but I traced the tracking number via Royal Mail UK and discovered the goods had been sent to the wrong customer.
My supplier would not give me this customers address so I could collect the goods (if they were indeed my goods as I suspect otherwise)
My supplier promised to resend the goods but has not and will neither speak to my translators or answer emails so I think I have been a victim of fraud and I am $2000.00 out of pocket.
What methods of recourse are open to me , would the Chinese Trade and Industry department be interested in this case ?
I know it is not a large amount but it is to my small company.
My supplier was China Feeling Guitars and their representative is Winnie Xi
Hi Enrique
I see what you are saying, however, when there is a language barrier its difficult being understood or to get what you are saying across and vice versa.

Hi
I have just looked at their website and by all accounts it looks like you have been conned.
The pictures they supplied, not good, does it not say trade co? Which I would take to mean a trading company and not a manufacturer.
One has to remember the Chinese are innovators, they can and will copy anything, stay still long enough and you will be cloned.
But not all Chinese are crooks, I am from Ireland, just look at our government not a straight smile between them.
By the way I am not Chinese and I will never be a foreigner, and I do work for a large stationery manufacturer here in China.
Forgive my straying, you should be more wiser now and your wisdom, is a treasure chest waiting to be found.

I don't know how to help you but I bought one sample from the same company. I worked with a different person but I dont recall the name . Im in the US and my guitar came as expected and for the money, I must say it was flawless. If I had kept the emails I could give you that persons name but Idont have them. There may be a mixup but they do not seem to be frauds. Keep working on it.

Hi
thanks for all the replies.
With respect to this individual company (Weifang Huihao) I did indeed get several trade references, the problem started when they are supposed to have sent the items, to someone else and now will not rectify the problem or issue a refund. I am sure many people deal with them and have had no problems.
As I am a small buyer with no representative I am easy to dismiss.
Maybe they will get a shock if I turn up on there doorstep in the near future !
This is quite possible as I trade with Changle Yiqun Music and I am planning a visit in the near future, and have nothing but praise for Mr David Liu and my relationship with him.
In the meanwhile if anyone in the Tangwu Town , Changle County area wishes to take this matter up on my behalf for a fee they are more than welcome to contact me.
regards....Paul
