As you seem to be asking seriously, I'll answer seriously, too. Unfortunately I don't really know the answer myself. But I have the impression that being active (without working until late night, allowing stress to dictate my life, etc.) has a lot to do with it. Eating three times a day (homecooking) also helps a lot.

Sometimes people post health tips, and I noticed that by nature I tend to do healthy things. For example, I come to the forums during the daytime when things are getting stressy. If things are really bad and I don't know what to do, well, then I don't do anything. I read a few posts, perhaps answer one or the other, and when I'm relaxed again, I go back to work. That simple!

I've gone through wild situations in my life, and came to the conclusion that I must have very good instincts, judging by the way I solved problems. So that might be another "ingredient" to my healthy present life. - Otherwise, I don't know.

Yeah, tiger would like him... for lunch! [em2]

Just saw there was a question from Davadi. Sorry for having it overlooked! And no, I don't do yoga or anything special. It must be in the genes - seriously! In my family people typically get very old without any kind of sickness or disease.

Part 1,

Hello there,

Well, although I am 27 I believe I have achieved the pretty much quiet a lot i wanted to do before I turn 30.

12. Wanted to start up my own biz (started right here on alibaba, my scrap biz)

16. Wanted to try to experience the hardship my father underwent (started to work fulltime along with my studies at the age 17, and managed to work around 70 hours  week)

17. Wanted to compete in all you can eat competition (managed to eat 25 cheese burgers, 2 bigmacs, 2 fishmacs, 3 large fries, became the 7place holder in my  College times at Oklahoma panhandle State university, Fun and games weekend)

18. Wanted break my Pilot instructors record of short landing and shortest take off ( managed to land within 30 meters from the threshold, and took of at the less then 250 meters almost hit the tree, short field landing  full flaps and take off)

19. Wanted to have a flying race whoever lands first (did that an uncontrolled airport)

20. Wanted to chase a bird with the plane (managed it but eventually hit the bird and almost crash landed)

21. Wanted to have the car race of my life ( will never forget that  it was in the mountanious area between Austria and Italy, average speeds of 260km with my Merc E- 320 and another Audi A8, made it from Venice to Vienna in around 2hours)

25. Wanted to help some hard working individuals (sponsored the delhi state boxing championship, also awarded each player with 5000rs price money, around 25 winners, also the losers were awarded clothes and all became a trophy for just trying their best, athletes in India are neglected and rarely get any chance at all, still trying to improve the situation)

26. Be a Husband,  (which I am now)

27. Be a father (father of 2 girls)

28. Be a good teacher and guide to my family (trying very hard, still have ways to go, but I think I am getting there)

29. Fullfill a dream of my father of building a hotel (still working on it, but the project has finally started to take steps and hopefully will be complete before my 30th bday)

30. Lose 15kg (already lost 3kg, still got 12 kgs to go, I think I will make it before 30, still got plenty of time, marriage sure weighs a lot, lol)

Well, there you go, there is still so much I have to do, and so much that I can't remember now, all this was possible thanks to my father, since he was my Idol and always we be my greatest mentor.

I am sure there are people out there who have done a whole lot more stuff.

peace out people
