Its hard for us in other countries such as the U.S to believe because there are to many fraudulent individuals who are messing it up for the rest of you and the methods of payment now adays often leave your funds untraceable and this is a problem for us small buisness owners keep trying Eventually im sure some one will believe

Sometimes, it is the marketing language you use in your email. I can't really say.

For me, when I post buying leads on Alibaba, as an importer/exporter, of course I receive so many emails. How I do qualify the suppliers is, I read the emails and the one that responds with the best introduction, I pursue. I also look at the ones that read my requirements in detail. There are many companies that just send information without reading my requirements. I don't really have the time of day for this because I receive hundreds of emails daily.

Sometimes, even if the company cannot supply what I need, if the introduction is very friendly, we often become friends and try to help eachother in the future.

Some people don't really reply to emails if they don't like your quotation, but just be friendly and courteous and sooner or later, you will either have a friend or customer, or maybe even both.

Don't feel sad. Sometimes, it varies from person to person. Some will like your introduction, some won't. Best thing to do is to stay optimistic and be the best at what you do because at the end of the day, not every inquiry is a concrete sale. We all just try our best with what we have.
