Can some intelligent person please tell me why companies that call themselves "International" only have their fax machines on during their business hours?
Next question: Why are the traders in Alibaba allowed to advertise themselves under manufactures? They aren't manufactures. This is misleading. I won't do business with misleading people.
Looking forward to a reasonable answer.

I haven't encountered that problem about fax machines.
I agree that traders should not be able to list as manufacturers and I also agree that it is best not to deal with those types of suppliers.
Alibaba in China does make a point of visiting suppliers in China so they should be easily able to determine real manufacturers. Perhaps it is another issue about paying members being given preferencial treatment.
I am not sure why legitimate paid members don't complain about this problem,

I think it's got nothing to do with "International", it's about "scam".
You can always reach someone on the phone in a real and legitimate "International" company.
