I was stupid and send by TT USD 830 for 3 Iphones clones samples to Jantai Tomorrow Sport. In this moment tihs company was Gold in Alibaba but in the same time Alibaba deleted from his Gold supplier this company. Look and be v¿carefull with this compay becouse they change the name after a few time.

Cause Chinese government carried out one new export regulation.
Your payment through T/T will firstly come into the government-supervised account.
The seller can not get the TT payment money back into his own account until the goods under your order have been deliveried through Chinese custom.
So you do need to worry that you can not get goods with T/T now.
But you still need to becareful that the risk of getting fakement or garbage product do exist
Please remember that DO NOT PAY ANY via WU.

This point I can not agree with you.Because you dont know China suppliers very clearly.
Do you know there are huge manufacturers in China don't have the export licenses? That means they can not accept L/C payment at all even they are a really business man..Just T/T is workable.
In the other hand, if just abt.USD1000-2000 of the amount of the contract,do you think the manufacturer will accept L/C payments? There are many bank fees if L/C payment. For nowward days, every suppliers in China always have abt.10%profit in the deal. I think no one agree the L/C if the order is such small!

If you were to deal with a scammer the payment terms he takes will not matter too much if he don't send you the products or sends you damaged or bricks in the container.Buyers need to check more on the supplier, sure if you send T/T to a personal account you have to think why, but i have done this many times in China, buying samples for this is normal they ask direct to personal account, if your goods are to be shippined through customs you can not do this, must be to the business account direct from the buyer.
Most of the scams we hear about are of the electrical goods like mobile phones and on any of these deals you can spot 10 points telling you DON"T SEND MONEY!!
My way of working is always to deal direct with the factory, and visit them, keep good communication with them and make more visits when neded, some of our suppliers owe us money as we pay more for the complete orders, but we do not worry as we would get back later on the next order, if we feel this is a problem it's because we have not made our minds clear about the supplier we are in business with.
Facts are that many new buyers cut corners on the business and think they are dealing with their local supplier, the export business needs more work and money!, it's a shame that if buyers would need L/C or payment terms the suppliers can not meet the export business would suffer because of trust,

we had a bad deal with some one called (Mr. Brian Daniel) his company(fake not true) is Mobile Wireless UK limited he is alibaba member his code is (uk103888876)
this man stolen allot of money from many if you deal with hem he asks to send money through western union his offer like(
| You go to your nearest Western Union branch and deposit the money you have to pay me on a RANDOM name ( E.G you will use your friend name or your wife name as the receiver of the money and our company address... etc. ) |
| After you deposit the money you will receive the receipt ( your Send Money Form paper copy ). Scan it and send it back to me in JPEG format. true story on scam artist but if we remove all the scams that ask for payment threw western union,pay-pal or other wouldent that elinate about 98 percent of the sellers.
i say remove every listing that request pay-pal or western union as payment.
that would take a greater number of scamers off this web site
