I always thought that if you paid by TT you have a chance through your bank of getting your money back if you have been scammed. Im really puzzled by this.

I know WU or moneybank is out of the question, but TT. Thats news to me

Scammers will never accept Letter of Credit (LC) payments. The fraudsters only accept Western Union, TT as these cannot be traced. Buyers making a large purchase should ONLY USE LC. For sample orders and smaller shipments, consider using an escrow service .

IF YOU DONT KNOW THE PERSON VER WELL DO NOT SEND MONEY BY TT, BECAUSE AFTER YOU HAVE SEND MONEY YOU CAN NOT CONTROL ANYTHING...

In my opinion, this is why we build trusting business relationships via these online sites. If you can find trusted business partners that have used sources in China and other overseas manufacturers then you can work on a referral basis with someone who has already been used and can be trusted.

I have two very strong companies that I have worked with for the past few months who have consistently delivered quality goods and great service. They are also both available online during business hours and sometimes even after hours. It took some missteps to find these sources and I had my share of bad quality and non functional product before settling with these two trusted sources.

Please feel free to message me on TradeManager for more information on my resources as I am not sure I can mention company names in posts. (us101621933)

As an additional note, I sent payment to 5 different sources via TT and got all of my product. I took the time to call and talk to each contact and company prior to odering (and throwing out any that did not have working phone numbers or could not be reached) before narrowing it down to the 5 suppliers that I sent payments to and then down to the two who turned out to be the best.

Good luck and let me know if you want my supplier names!

Sincerely,

Angela

Hello, How do I make this fraud and theft complaint against a Gold Supplier for stealing my Money?
Fraud, Etc..

The company name is:
(name of the thief)
 Deffer Deng
   Helen Yuan

Everest Digital Technology Co., Ltd.

Gold Supplier in Alibaba
TradeManager: cn200036896
http://Everest.En.Alibaba.com
They stole $940.00 from me for samples, by sending me crap I did not order. She
claims the shipping company sent the wrong order, yeah and I'm really
stupid.
When I asked her to take back the phones, she insisted I sell them to get my
money back. The are not worth $400.00 retail, a real stupid scam.
But she cheated me. After a lot of complaining and sending about 300 annoying
emails to her, she wants me to send the crap back to her, which leaves me with
zero. I would not trust sending her nothing.
If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. It is amazing how many scammers are
on Alibaba. Real sad.
Can I post the complaint against them on your site or theirs.
Thank You,
Michael

I am a bit confused on the terms of the letter of credit and escrow service. For perosnal info to the reader can you discuss it in broader term so as not to confused the reader. I myself had made contact with a business in china and is ready to buy the term she suggest is T/T or western union but iam suspicious now because the payees name in the proforma that she send is the name of an individual and not the company. So please do explain to us newbee the difference of the said two and how to aproach this term to the seller. Thank you for the time and the future info that i/we will receive.
