Replying to [stcintl]:Is there anywhere for us to refer for the answers of the Top 10 Best Questions? Please advise. Thank you.
Oldie and Jacco - I believe any basic marketing textbook could help answer many of the questions to name just two 1) Contemporary Marketing By, Boone and Kutz., Publishe Harcourt 2001 (I believe there is latest edition). 2) Marketing Management by Kotler and Lane, Publisher Pearson, 2006). Both of these books are hard cover and are used widely by the academic community. I am sure there are other questions that marketers should ask to satisfy consumers with their product. I thought these could help as a starting point realizing that there could be several answers for each question depending on the product and the business environment. I will include the two books as references with the list. Thank you for your good questions.

1. In most conditions, it’s the buyers who look for sellers. What you need to do is to make your site more attractive.
2. We don't need to care too much about the difference between our product and our competetors’, it is not the key to success in a small business.
3. I think the key is Service and Product quality, while your price is not too much higher then the average level.
4. Yes, customers will be pleased if you can do this for them, this is one part of the Service mentioned above.
5. I don’t know what exactly you want to know, how to promote your business??
6. Offer the best aftersale service continually. Be considerable.

Lightinthebox - You make good points, but I disagree with two of your comments. Comment # 1, true, that you have to make your site attractive to the buyers but by doing that aren't you looking for a buyer? I think you are, therefore, you need to aggressively pursue buyers you can't wait for buyers to knock your door. Comment # 2 you said "We don't need to care too much about the difference between our product and our competitors" Again, I respectfully disagree, you should know as much as you can about your competitors and the differences between your product and theirs so that you can differentiate your product and target a segment of the market using your competitive advantages.
