Translating those certificates doesn't get you far as about half of all the certificates which buyers see from China are fake.

would greatly appreciate it if someone could just take a few minutes to read them and let me know. Kindest regards
According to the business licence that you attached this is a Shanghai based company.
They first registered on April 9, 2005 and have a ten year business registration.
Their business line is electrical items and products.
I assume that you have only an English trading name for that company so you need to link that name with the name on the certificate. The best way to do that is to check out their website or get a scan of their business card.
Once you have done this then you can expect that they are licenced company, but this does not say anything about their trustiworthiness nor the quality of their product. Make sure you check samples, use a secure payment method, and get a pre-shipment inspection done BEFORE releasing final payment.

Hi I have been communicating with a company called e-globaltrade and they provided information they claim to prove the validity of their company. I have not entered into any transaction and won't do so until a thourough background check, but I can't read these certificates (link included). I have just uploaded them and I hope someone that can read them can help translate them? Atleast the important document referring to their establishment.

I cannot open this link at all in China ???
I suggest you'd better check them out before payment. A pre-shipment inspection service is necessary when your order is large enough. Take care !

Hi,
I am from Guatemala, Central America. I am in negotiations with them to. One thing that is worrying me up is that they want a 100% prepayment.
By the way I could not read the certifications. The URL is broken.
I have a person doing a research about this company. I´ll keep you post and I´ll aprecciate if you do the same.
Best Regards,
Luis Aldana

Just to update, I have taken down the link to the contracts as they were proved to be fake and the products they have, were not genuine.
Hi There,
Regarding e-globaltrade, we bought ipods off them & received them 8 days later. They were fakes. Wrapped in a Nike shoe box with a black bin liner around them. Avoid at all costs. We did not lose too much as we only bought 3.
