POSTIG OFFERS OR DEMANDS

[em8]Hello fellow ALIBABA connaisseurs, I hope

I would like to know why ALIBABA makes so hard to post. Each time I post a picture, they question the veracity of that picture and each time I post a text, it almost every time says, it's not English. I'm American and French and I'm completely bi-lingual. I know very well it's English. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help

Hi, Gadgetnews, if you receive indications your information is not entered in English, please ensure your punctuation is in English first of all. To avoid such mistakes, we advise that you do not copy and paste the existing text from Microsoft Word files. You can copy and paste paragraph by paragraph to check which paragraph is the exact one that contains non-English words. If necessary, you can also contact us for help. You can email to us at alibaba@alibaba-inc.com. Please indicate where the problem happens and copy the information in question to us for analysis to determine what, if any, language errors are causing the problem.

As to the pictures, please note that they should be less than 200K.

Hi, adseaco, that is because of the different input systems. Meanwhile, please do not add punctuation to letters such as: a, o, u.Symbols/punctuation like: ¢, £, °C, No·, ¥, %, m², " ", ' ' may also cause problems.
