Actually theres no way to tell which is the cheapest for you. It can depend alot on how much business you do with your bank and that banks relationship to the bank in China. Then there's Western Union but thats the most unsafe form of payment, unless you know from a proven facts that the person your sending the money to is actually a real business.

This should be decided by the bank. everybank have different bank charge when you are transfering the money outside of the country.
You can asking your local bank for the bank charge at your side.
Nody can sure that how much will be charge outside of the bank.
