I think that there are a few things a leading company like yours (I assume) should do. Assuming your business is international you should invest in marketing, create a brand awareness and provide excellent customer care.
In more details that would mean:
- Develop a professional looking website, and I mean by a US or European company (not locally). The online presence is critical today and should offer very clear information on your company.
Things to include: clear services/product description, client list, contact information (address, phone numbers, emails, hours of operation).
I would also have a customer testimonials section from leading clients.
- Develop some professional marketing materials, digital and printed. When a customer contacts you or you solicit business have a professional marketing presentation.
- Have all emails from the company go out on the company's domain and include the URL and contact information clearly on every outgoing email.
LOOK PROFESSIONAL
- When completing a new deal, try to get the client to agree to a joined press release and submit it to the major search services. Let the world know you just did some new business. Choose only worth while clients.
That's just a little off the top of my head...
