How to let the customer reply me effective in the alibaba

These days i received many enquiries,but few of them reply to me when i send them email.We have the gold supplier for about half year now,still now haven't got any order now.Hope you can give me advice![[em17]](http://img.alibaba.com/images/eng/style/icon/emoticons_shake_hands.gif)

I think this is a hard question, why I said 'hard' is not b/c there aren't answers, there are many things we need to do to promote us, and most of time, the customers do not get back to us probably owing to our price and some other information we provide, or if we reply promptly, or do we have good impression for the customers, and also it takes time to make the things clear, you have friends and you can communicate with them, this is very common topic, but really need ourselves to do more and better first.
