[em10] I am from China, and I have been in the job as a foreign trader.

I am a little confused about contacting with foreigners. I have some customers, but when I gave them the quotation list, then no reply again.

Could you some one tell me what can I say in the following email ? i have nothing to say just say did you receive my email and how about our quotation, then no words.

Just a little confused.

Hope some can help me.

you have nothing to be confused of, cuz in the world of business u have to be in contact with the larget number of traders, ( and it is also a nery normal thing that u send many quotations and 100% you will get an answer for 2 to 10% only of the subtotal of the quotations you send.so there is nothing to make you confused, go ahead and dont worry.

As a buyer I don't want to waste time with high price first then lower price then finally best price. Just give me you r lowest best price in first quotation, otherwise I'm wasting my time.

Hey,do not be depressed,[em21]here, I would like to share our sweet with you.It called Dagashi, guess you never tried it before.

Although the word itself implies something negative ("da" is "poor" or "cheap", and "gashi (kashi)" "confection"), you can't sniff at Dagashi. Actually, they are snacks of extremely low price and high quality. They taste super. And more than anything else, they have given great childhood memories to people in Japan. This kind of sweet belongs to the type of Dagashi, cheap sweets, which originated in the Northern areas of Japan. During the winter season, the womenfolk would take rounds to prepare some homemade sweets for the neighbours. White sugar was not availabel during the Edo period, and the sweet taste was produced from rice decoctions (mizuame ), red been paste and others. Nowadays, also rice cakes and other snacks in little bags are sold as dagashi, a cheap snack for kids.

Nonono,it is not just something for kids,it also welcomed on party of any age people of many country.Friend from European love it very much, named  it health foods!

Finially,be more confident of your products. what is it

HIi friend i would like to say first thing please see that you have the right customers or they are just taking your time to check that they get good price from there regular suppliers or they are trying to study the market by giving you some inquiry .If you really feel that your coustmers are genin then contact them and ask them what do they think about your quotation and if they feel that your price is high ask them there target price and also check on your side that you are giving them a good price as per the market and be in regular touch with them

                                          ALL THE BEST
