I am Confused about Trading with Foreigners

I am from China, and I have been in the job as a foreign trader.
I am a little confused about contacting with foreigners. I have some customers, but when I gave them the quotation list, then no reply again.
Could you some one tell me what can I say in the following email ? i have nothing to say just say did you receive my email and how about our quotation, then no words.
Just a little confused.

Replying to [jiaohong]:Keep sending them polite reminders, ifthe need be you can contact them over phone.
Mark your reminders as request 1, 2 , 3 4 and so on, I am sure you will get the reply from them.

Yes,i think to quote a best price for buyer is very important to get the attention.but sometimes the lower price mean nothing,quality also the key point.buyers should not focus on price blindly.

Different countries have different demands, like African, they only want cheap things cause it is the market situation and demand. They want good quality but most focus on the price. They cannot sell out expensive things usually.

It is difficult when inquiring about buying overseas how to determine the shipping costs. Often we think the shipping costs may be more than what we can obtain the product for in the United States or europe. If you would give us the shipping costs based upon the location where the product will be sent would help

Dear Friend, Its not your mistake. However, you can re-look on your quotation pattern. Whether the products quoted are matching with the request, Prices is competitive, Delivery is reasonable, etc. By the by, can you tell me where are you located. If I can help you, will do my best.
