We had bye seamless pipes form china factory and paid fully tothem the china factory supplied us the welded pipes to us. Now they do nto agree with us. As we had appointed the TUV for inspection at India and it gave the report that the pipes supplied by them is the Welded instead of seamless. Now what we do ????

If you take a lawsuit, you needn`t come to China , just entrust a Chinese lawyer do it , and send evidence and a power of attorney to the lawyer .The lawyer will send a Attorney Opinion Letter at first , if he does not perform complying with the Attorney Opinion Letter , the lawyer will take a lawsuit against him .

Thanks for the reply. Now we would like to know what will be the Expenses and the time limit for the Award or compansation . If we file a Suit against the China Factory.
