I have been waiting almost three weeks for my package.  I'm being told that its in customs, but no other information.   I wonder if I have been ripped off by the supplier.  The supplier is now saying that I will be contacted by customs and i will have to pay customs.  I trusted alibaba referral of this supplier.[em4]

BIG BIG PROBLEM!!  has been over 11 days and item has left country of origin which for the life of me i can't make out and is still in china!! if you click on customer feedback there is no link!  parcelforce uk have no registration of this item number either! i have got paypal involved in this as i thought i was buying from Australia (through paypal) and then find that the receipient from paypal is a chinese person and the company has absolutely NOTHING to do with australia even though their web page says differently!!!  i think not only is this company fraudulant but ems i'm not too sure really exists?  to think in the uk you get fined for parking wrongly or going 3 miles over the speed limit yet these sharks can get away with legalised stealing!! a few years ago a parcel from australia came within 5 days!! yet all this crap i smell a rat!  [em6][em6][em6][em6][em6]

Quoting from [TraderMan]:

Has anyone ever had a problem confirming shipping status using EMS tracking numbers? I got some tracking numbers from a shipper and I get nothing when I plug them in and this is the 4th day now (3/23/08)

Usually the EMS with 2 days delay for the tracking information line ,yours with 4 days seems unnormal ,pls check with your supplier .if you was scammed .I felt very sorry .Anyone who is looking for the reliable supplier ,please try this one .

It depends  where you live when using EMS. Never use EMS for Africa or Middle east.

I send from Taiwan and EMS is much faster to some countries like western europe than FEDEX or other courier and much much cheaper. But only useful for samples and small orders.

If seller did send by EMS then the post office has stamped the EMS receipt showing the date,  which can be faxed or scanned and send to buyer as proof. Plus it show the tracking number  I do it this way for many years and have no problems so far.

Avoid EMS to Africa
