Has anyone ever had a problem confirming shipping status using EMS tracking numbers? I got some tracking numbers from a shipper and I get nothing when I plug them in and this is the 4th day now (3/23/08)

Yes, we just ordered a package a few weeks ago too. Just like yours, our tracking number says that our package left Shanghai EMS on December 9th, and to this day this is still the only info that shows up on usps.com. There's really nothing that can be done, because our packages are not in the United States! Maybe all packages are running late, because we've ordered from the same company since 2006, and we've always received our packages. Our guy has checked on this for us and says that our package is on its way to San Fran! Hope this helps you!

I ship from the United States via EMS to europe, mexico, africa, and asia all the time. Sometimes it takes a month to arrive and the tracking only shows "billing info received." It does not update until a few days after the buyer has received their item. EMS just has horrible tracking.

Hi every one
I have similar problem, I bought I PHONE since September 13th ,2008 from www.xiangyangtrade.com cost me about $250, I was told to transfer the money through western union, week later I was told package been shipped under tracking#CT139219038CN. Which I couldn’t track due to the following statement (Wrong shipment number or others) yet still didn’t receive my package. And they are not replying e mails.

hi i have ordered 5 ps3's and a lcd tv from a company in china called ioffeb which a friend of mine has used for this past year and always recived his goods. But in my case i ordered these items on the 26th November 2008 and still havent seen any sight of them. firstly i was told to pay 300eur for duty in chinese customs then another 300eur for uk customs and then i was told that the goods were sent back to the company. Then they finally re-posted the items and gave me two tracking numbers with EMS and still i cannot track them. I also cannot get in contact with the seller as they are ignoring my emails. I have spent around 1700eur for these items and i have got a very bad taste in my mouth as i know ive been totally ripped off. The 2 numbers i have are EA979638128CN and EA979638131CN. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou. barrashields@hotmail.co.uk
