I have similar problem, I bought I PHONE  since September 13^th ,2008 from  www.xiangyangtrade.com cost me about $250, I was told to transfer the money through western union, week later I was told package been shipped under tracking#CT139219038CN. Which I couldn’t track due to the following statement (Wrong shipment number or others) yet still didn’t receive my package. And they are not replying e mails.

I ordered a pair of UGGs boots on tuesday december 2nd from a seller on Ebay. I recieved a tracking number and I got all of this information when I checked it yesterday on the EMS website.

When I check the tracking number on USPS website, it says " Your item left SHANGHAI EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP on December 5, 2008." and the status says foreign international dispatch.  What does this mean?

I've had this kind of problem very often. For instance, I had to wait for the whole month of november 2008 for 1 item from California to show up on USPS in US and Canada. When it finally appeared, I had already received my parcel. I've been waiting for 10 days for an item to show up on EMS and it's finally there. Chinese people dealing on DHGate are basically honest. What you see on their sites is what you get. You cannot pester if your PDA battery has a very short life, because that's how it is. Buy yourself a very powerful replacement on EBay and stop complaining. And be honest and leave an  excellent feedback if you have a bit of respect for yourself. I've been buying stuff on DHGate for 1 year now, and people over there are fast replying to your emails and enquiries. They will always refund you if anything gets wrong. But please, BE ALWAYS POLITE AND RESPECTFUL, 'cause people in Asia are very very polite unlike guys over here or in Europe. That's a must over there. DON'T EVEN THINK OF BAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR MISFORTUNES, BLAME YOURSELF AND BE APPOLOGETIC. That's how they have become the second largest economy in the world.

I also bought a pair of UGG's from ebay.  I purchased them using paypal and the next day recieved an email from ebay advising me to not continue with the purchase beacause the item had ben removed from the auction.  I checked the status of them all week last week and found nothing.  Today, I had a similar message as yours that the item had left China on the 13th.  I am also skeptical that this could be a scam.  Because I purchased the item through paypal it should still be safe and have considered filing for a resolution but decided to give it a few days.  Have you found any new information regarding your situation.  I am curious because I would assume that this is the same seller.  Please keep us updated.

There are many questions in the commudity about EMS.Anyway,EMS is the most incoviniet way but the cheapest way for samples,.I used to send a samples to NZ.What they told me is about 3-4 days but 2 weeks truly.
