So i contacted them and they said i got what i paid for... and they willnot exchange it or give me a refund.. They said they did not care if i reported them becasue they are in good stnading with alibaba.
The onlty reason i trusted these people was because they were a GOld Supplier..
Alibaba how many more people must be scammed before you suspend this comapny and make them accountable for the fraud they are doing on the internet..
Selling fake iphones and telling the customers they are 100% genuine Apple iphones..
Soon the word will be out and everyone will know not to do business or use the alibab site to find suppliers...
This is the second time i have re scammed form your site in a week.. And i only dealt with people who Alibaba recommended.
I will be sending in my dispute shortly with all the supporting information.
But please deal with this fraudulent company or get them to make good for the fake products they are selling.

So called "gold supplier " tag helps swindlers fraud buyers so freely. Without it, any buyer would take proper care and due effort to protect himself or herself from lousy insects. What does mean "gold"? Very egoist name.

Since you think "Gold Supplier" is an egoist name, you think this is the only reason buyers being fraud ? Or those buyers (victims) who are mostly look for CHEAP branded goods, they are so ignorant ? Why not you can be their teacher in Alibaba give them a lesson where (no scammer) to buy legal original branded goods and must be cheaper than their homeland licensed distributors? I wanted to be your first student, I do not mind to pay you within my budget. Very similar, Olympic Gold Medals often attracted many cases of duped athlete, if your lesson is effective, I advise you to give lessons to those Athletes, for sure you could earn a lot of money from them.
Seem you know a lot of things, please do not just give critism without your solution or suggestion to those miserable victims waiting for your assistance not just comment, you are also the egoist one should be no problem to handle those Lousy insects, you know they are insects why not tell us or Alibaba (provided you know how Alibaba run their operation without loss) how to eliminate them once for all. Without the "Gold Supplier" probably without most of us here in Alibaba especially Free Members !!!
I am also looking for a good solution and suggestion for myself not being scammed in Alibaba too.

the main reason people use these websites is to find TRUE AND HONEST sellers but even when you report to alibaba such scamms they do nothing about it ,,, is like they part of the scam ....

I find it hilarious that people who are trying to make a quick buck by illegally selling name brand products without a licence are complaining about being ripped off and scammed.If it wasn't for your own greed you wouldn't have been ripped off in the first place. You people do no research put no effort into marketing you just expect someone to hand you an iphone or something for $150 so you can sell it on Ebay for $600, while all you do is sit around on your scratching yourself. If you bothered to do a bit of work you would find that there are suppliers that can be trusted on this site. You will also find the majority of Chinese people very kind and helpful. Perhaps if you bothered to look further than name brand items you might find some items of real quality and ingenuity. You would also find there is better margin in those products too. But then again that might require some work and common sense something that always seems to be lacking in people who get taken for money.

I think that Alibaba is a disgrace and should simply close down rather than create a channel for people to loose their money in china. Other countries are in economic lose state while Alibaba is defrauding people to enrish China's economy.
This month of September, I have made very concerted effort to get a reliable supplier of Laptops from China through Alibaba. Many suppliers sent price list to me. I finally researched one company, ChengduQingying Zhichen TradeCo., Ltd. which is a gold supplier in Alibaba. Everything seemed ok. They have this website www.seller88.com.cn. Their fake sales managers, Rita, Willin Ellie and Linqui have these email addresses. seller88a@yahoo.com.cn, seller88b@yahoo.com.cn, seller88c@yahoo.com.cn. Rita supplied me this bank detail for payment.
For the first order, after I paid them, they never shipped the item, they had stop responding to my emails, calls no longer go through. To worsen the case, their website has finally disappeared from Alibaba. How do i recover my money. I may never do so but certainly I will never deal with any China manufacturer and or supplier.
They are dubious, arrogant, unreliable and untrustworthy. Let everyone unite to kill this false chinese supplier and manufacturers that is fluorishing on stolen wealth.
ChengduQingying Zhichen TradeCo., Ltd Is a scam. And Alibaba is a structure for international fruad practices.
