Oh I wish I had read this forum 2 months ago before I sent $405 (dollars) to a company in Putian. My goal is to share this information online so any search made under this company or person's name will show. Here is the story: First I contacted this company through Tradekey (http://www.tradekey.com/). I placed three different orders (jewelry and merchandise). I made 3 payments: 1. Bank wire transfer of $250 to Jinhong He. 4552301-0188-120198-5, Bank of China, Putian city, Fujian. On August 21, 2009 2. Wire Transfer Western Union $105 to Jinhong He. August 27, 2009. 3. Wire Transfer Western Union $50. Jinhong He. On September 2, 2009 They sent an email with an EMS tracking number that never work. Two months have past! They never shipped my order and stop replying my emails. Nobody answers that phone (86-594-2591355). Baicheng Jewelry Co., Ltd disappeared from Tradekey directory. TOTAL SCAM! NOTE: NEXT TIME USE PAYPAL!!! or don't do business with foreigners!

yes scammers should be stop right away. I felt the same like you did.....
i was having a refurbished item sent, instead of the good one I ordered...:sad:
