It is strange but true.

Everybody can access moderator forum by going through the topics & replies in our profiles.

It should have been hidden from members.

About 18 months ago, Ali started a Mod forum (the same as this) but suddenly closed it for the exact same security issue you raise.

Promise was made to create a secure forum.

Reminds me of my experiences with some Chinese factories - I return a container of faulty product - they then replace it with the same faulty stuff.

Well If you want to discuss something secretely you can done it via TM or conference over TM. If this is the discussion board it should be open for all.

If you happen to read the title of this forum then you would know that it is known as "moderator forum" and since you are still not a moderator so you have no right to comment here ethically.


Alibaba has opened Community Discussions and Talk to Alibaba Forum for members to post their expectations and suggestions.

If it by using TM or emails then it can only be a temporary solution.


The right solution for continuous discussions is to have a forum with password protection or having access privileges to IDs of moderators only.

I am in full agreement with Braham on this one..... As usual Deepali is shoving her nose into other peoples business.... She is NOT a moderator and has no priv's to be in this forum. She abuses the boards constantly and tells Mods how to do their job. I for one am heartily sick of her doing this and have lost any respect i might have had for her.

Carol, Either get Deepali off our backs or you can consider me out of here for one. I am tired of being told by her how to do my Moderating! I have worked my * off moderating my boards for over a year and her whining and telling me how to do my job has gotten to the point that I think it easier to quit than put up with all her ****!....and i know that other Mods have the same problem with her

And every single one of her posts in this forum should be treated as SPAM! She has NO rights in this forum
