Why? are they joking?

1. How you write a quote.
2. What you say in the quote
3. Price
4. Terms
5. Payment options.

1. If when you prepare the quote if it doesn't look professional this will turn many buyers off.

2. If you simply send a quote with out addressing the individual or the company. This can signify callusness adn the thought of the buyer that you and your company will be hard to work with.

3. If your price is to high they will source the products elsewhere.

4. If your shipping terms are no negotialble this can also put a company off.

5. If your payment terms dont address the needs of the customer, this too can cause a business to look other places.

When you right a quote be professional yet cordial. Explain your your terms, pricing and payment options, and last but not least explain to the customer why your product is superior to others on the market.

Serious buyers should tell you the reason for rejecting your offer, even frankly, but we need the truth to improve. Unluckily, most of traders we meet on alibaba are small size and seeking any chance to get money. They are not professional in commodity in the deal. Then, normally fail to re-offer the goods that got the price from first seller.

Second,your price high for them and no need to write back say this situation to you..
