you should reply every inquiry seriously,although it'll take much time.I think you cannot tell its authenticity just from one email.Maybe it'll be a good chance or opportunity.If you put it on one side,you will miss it.Grasp every possible potential business chance.

First, you must note at 80% will hesitate to buy because he'll afraid to send money without any insurrance.
So you must first find a way to give to your buyers to send money safetly.

Great question, this is what I want to ask too. Same as you, I also have lots of enquiry on our company products.
What I usually do, I replied to them with the price list approved by the respective department. I will do the follow up after 2-3 days. I agreed that in business we have to be patience.
