Replying to [loye]: I am a customer, and it is taking a lot longer than expected to find the right wholsale rep! I think the problem with most of us, is that we are new business. Just starting out, or changing inventory or trades. We cannot start big with a several thousand $ purchase!

If some wholesalers will allow to grow with us, it could produce a lifetime business relationship!

Dear Loye, Business happens mainly based on relationship & trust. Most of the time we sell perception. Prices is an secondary option though it is a main criteria. All the business leads you find will just help you in indentifing prospect customer. Submitting quotation is just the start of building a relationship. You quote to a customer & he will not come back to you... If this is your problem, why hesitate, pick up ur phone & give him a call to try & find out his interest in business & get the feedback on the rates quoted.

TRY THIS OUT & I AM SURE UR SUCCESS RATE WILL INCREASE.

With regards,
Shreyank

it depends on how you present or project your company's image to your customers. There are many factors that customers buy from a certain company, the company's stability, unique products and good income potential. If your customer's see this factors in your company, definitely they will run after you. Also, a unique marketing approach is a must!

Replying to [loye]:Dear Loye,Where is your main market, after receiving the inquiries, did you ever look into where they came from and what they wrote to you in depth.First of all,you should be setting up the markets of your comapny that wishes to expand.Definitely, you could get hold of a large number of inquiries everyday. You should be really happy with that. I suggest you to reply all of them in good time if you are not busy as a bee. But focus on serious buyers.Do more due deligence.Good luck to your business.

I think they want to purchase but just seeking for the most suitable supplier according to price, quality, service etc. It can be surmised the biggest challenge we are facing is the price! Do what we can do and do it best, that is my principle!

If you have time, you can answer all the inquiries. Also, you could identify and select the valuable ones to quote if you are full of experience but not time enough.

Wish all the best things come to us one day!! [em15][em37]

Replying to [loye]: Just try to grasp the attempt of the buyers as much as possible from his or her short sentences and reply him or her accordingly. It should be a easy task. I think we should lose the mind of doubting a time wasting buyer, you know few would like to waste time in playing such a serious game in foreign trade.
