Women In Foreign Trade

Good to mention the occupation, not as business owner of directors. The problem lies with the male ego, and chauvinist in the social fabric, the sense of superiority and low esteem towards the 'weaker' sex.

We met a woman Manager in Wuhan Office of Hai Cheung Trading Co. (HK) Ltd. She speaks eloquently in English, and has many principals from Europe and America. Her name: Jackie Yuan and her office is in the Hotel with my name. Room 718, Hong Shan Hotel, No, 1 Zhong Bei Road, Wu Change, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Postcode: 430071. You guys wanna to know her phone number?

Oh yes, she is a capable person and has the experience and knowlege of the business.

Street Smart.

Women or Men...in foreign trade .....Why should it matter....????

As long as they are found competent in their field of field of activity.

Remove the gender difference...and see the results and outcome...you will be amazed.

I am female and working as sales in international trade.

I remember one of our customer from India called me Mr. Cathy in mail. You know Cathy is obviously a female's name.

Actually when I met a new customer, I never expected the counterpart to be a female as myself. :)  I think it will be easier to start business if I could find a female customer.

Yep!!

I think so too. There is a strategy called "Sexsale"

Hmmmm..... "Sexsale".... what do you mean with that word?

I think, woman are in another way successfully, because they often decide with the help of their emotions, so they are able to look behind the ammounts of money, they see the human, who is dealing with them - and they make their decisions on another way than a man. That's not better or worse, it's only another way.

The best, so think I, is when woman and man are working together. Together they are complete and can make the decision from both points.

That's my opinion.
