It depends on the country, like in MIddle East , most of there women were not allowed to worked and display in public, but to other countries especially my country, women are more than men . And most of our women were good businessminded and trader.

Do not worry, the audience changes and there are newbies who did not read the posting in 2006.

As in the previous postings, my view of business is regardless of gender, race, language or religion. However the main criteria lies with honesty in dealings, capability, prompt action and Professionalism.

Generally, women are the suppressed group, doomed to their lifestyle of being mother to the children and their main occupation is to take care of the family, doing the household chores, the laundry, cooking and mending torn clothes, house cleaning and sending the kids to school. These duties occupy the entire day routine, so leaving the women with no extra time for other professional work.

Women are highly adaptive to the environment, and able to multi-task several jobs simultaneously. More in the relational matters, because they can remember faces, names, phone numbers and events better than the male counterpart. The female body is designed in a smaller scale than the male, everything is downsized: the liver, the lungs, the brains and all the internal organs. ... that's why they say small is beautiful. However, there are some physiological and mental attributes which is superior to the male, the ability to bear children, to go through the pains and trauma of child birth, and to bear the blunt of domestic stress from all directions: spouse and off-springs.

In times of war, it is the woman who suffers the mental stress, emotional trauma, weeping of tears for their husbands, sons and relatives, while the men got killed, they have to bury them and moan for them. At the same time, serve the husband, take care of the children and give in to him whenever he wants it.
