Hi,

I'm making my first import and or a first time I ask for a little amount too proof quality.

Now I need to do the payment. The seller said to me he accept Weter Union and Money gram.
But,
- I need to spend 25USD extra for sending taxes
- It's no safe enough.

Should I ask to him to use paypal, or Paisapay?

Also, any way to proof they are professionals and not fraud?

I searched on the internet and I found different names of companies, for the same seller. Also, the adresses are different, but almos for the same city. The phone number, is the same for all of the companies.

If any Jaipur seller were could confirm their authenticity, I would apreciate very much.
Also tell me best way and cheaper way to pay to send 200 USD to the seller. I tried Paisapay sussefully with a Indian seller, thourght Ebay, and it was perfect. But Western union... 'im afraid....

The company I'm trying to buy from:

Home Impex
Mr. Sudeep Singh / Mr. Kuldeep Singh

Profile: http://www.alibaba.com/member/kuldeepimpex/aboutus.html

If you search for Sudeep Singh, you will find more companies with diferent names.

So please tell me about the payment and how to test the authenticity of the enterprise.

Thank you very much

Thank you!

Replying to [Mysterium]: You need to accept that there is a risk with any payment method that the money will be lost. You are doing the right thing by making the first payment a small one.

There is no payment method that will protect you from fraud but some methods are safer than others. Western Union and MoneyGram payments can be collected in cash by anyone with the correct reference details. They are also relatively expensive to use. PayPal could be used if the recipient has a PayPal account. It is again expensive but some protection is offered by PayPal (this protection is very limited and should not be relied on). All genuine export businesses will have a bank account with an international bank and so will be able to accept direct bank transfers. This method is preferable for larger amounts and the payment can often be traced at a later date if things go wrong.

My advice is to avoid Western Union and MoneyGram payments for business transactions and, unless you can afford the worst case which is to lose $200, you should not proceed.
