Hi - I ordered organic grade A soya beans from a company in Dalian Province. These beans are completely inferior and unsuitable for my use. Where do I start complaining? I get no reply to my E-Mails - should I go to the Chinese Embassy? I am angry, feel cheated and am inconvenienced by not being able to continue my production. These companies should be named and shamed so that other buyers can be aware.

See first if you can get redress from the insurer or the carrier of the goods, as they are mroe readily available than the supplier. If it doesn't work out, legal action will be the answer.
