Funny buyers with funny prices

I have come accross many leads in alibaba where buyer asks fabrics for less than 30 cents a yard. I am a fabric manufacturer and i find it pretty hard to digest such leads. But sometimes i feel maybe there is some supplier in this world who can supply at that price. Could you pls let me know if it is possible to sell fabrics at that price ?

Replying to [Agrawal]:There are Co. who are supplying the fabrics at the price of buyers, may be there operating costs are very lower or may be they have the fabric in stock rather dead stock and they just want to move the same.
In any case this is affecting the business to a large extent.

1. There is difference of costing from one country to another. In some items maybe other market enjoy price advantage. So what you think impossible, maybe for the other markets possible.
2. Many times buyer quote prices lower than the actual price and later after discussion come midway price
