Full contact information on your About Us or Contact page is a good start. Names of officers of the company. Don;t promise stuff on the website that you can't do...... Things like that are a very good start.
If you are a member of the BBB (or similar) is good to note. Your local Chamber of Commerce also....
If you have customers who you have dealt with and are happy with your services/ products having them post comments is a great idea (and including THEIR contact info is even better).... For this you have to get their permission, which most will be fine with.
Those are some starting points for you to consider.
