In our world where both men and women have equal opportunities to do business today, what special qualities or touch do you think that women bring into business?

Lots of emotions! The question is of course, is that for the better or for the worse. It might depend on the circumstances.

Replying to [germex]: I think the point you just raised should form anotgher topic I will really like to know what part emotions play in business.

LOL.... emotion is one thing, but I think women are generally much smarter than men. Moreover, women have a better management skills and foresight than men.

Another thing I really think is important is the nature of the products.

For example P&G which sells lots of household goods have many more female executives than most companies simply becuase they sell goods that are often used at home by female. Moreover women have a better understanding of what goods women will buy, and how to improve an already exisitng products women consumer would like to have.

I agree that in the case of P&G women are great executives, but I don't agree that this is because they are smarter. They are just more related to the products they sell, and that's a very important factor, as every sales person knows.

The ladies have richer emotions, they pay more attention to details.
Also some smart ladies are good at public relations.
