Case against a Buyer in UK

I have got cheated badly by a buyer in UK. I have all the necessary proof to prove that he has cheated him. Pls let me know if there is any court in UK or International where i can file a case against that buyer.

Aboki their is also a lot of "white men" "east indian men" and a lot of other races in Africa. Take time to relax and reflect before you get so upset and start making ignorant remarks. wll i bet is was not from the UK if so, and you want to fight it you better have lots of money and loads of time on your hands.
it can take years to fight a case and in the UK lawers are not cheap

Replying to [Agrawal]: It is relative easy to sue in the UK. Just contact a attorney near the one who wronged you and they will handle it from there.
