I have known about Alibaba.com since the year 2000. However, we were not aware its effectiveness until 2005 when we first used Alibaba' s services. Within 3 months we gained a client who has given us many repeat orders. To date, the total order with this client total at around US$250,000 per year.

With Alibaba, I have saved so much money on costs because I no longer have to attend exhibitions. The last exhibition I attended in Europe cost me 10,000 Euros and we didn't even get one serious customer. Now, I pay a small fee to be a premium member of Alibaba and we have already received 2 big inquiries. Both have gone on to become our permanent buyers. Trade Alert means that I don't need to check Alibaba all the time, as any new leads are posted directly to my email address everyday.

When we surf the Internet we always find that alibaba.com on the first page of any search engine. This is good news for any business.

To protect all buyer and supplier interests, Alibaba check all companies' details to ensure that members are dealing with registered companies. This ensures every member is genuine. We hope all genuine buyers become members so that we can distinguish real buyer from frauds.
