Starting Up: Selling Christmas Decorations in Australia, what should I do to promote

I am registering a partnership business in Australia, selling Christmas decorations that we manufactured in China for the coming Christmas.
What are the things that I can do to promote our products? especially when I need to work under a tight budget. Any low cost advertisement providers? trade union publications? trade shows? just give me a list.
I can find those christmas wholesalers webistes, but how can I find their buyers?
And any advice welcome!!

Very hard market you have chosen. You and a thousand others want to sell Christmas Decorations. You will be competing with major department stores, and people like "The Warehouse" and other big businesses that buy container loads and sell cheap.
