When do Christmas wholesalers start to place order? (especially for Australian buyers)

It's the first year we start to sell Christmas decorations like inflatables and animated figures to the Australian market. I want to know when do Australian buyers place orders?

Moreover, iInoticed there are a few trade shows for gifts in Australia, which one is more relevant to Christmas products, and which session should we book?

Award 10 MVPs ( What's this? )for the best answer.

Replying to [n4spd]:As i know, the purchase scheduled after summer will be better.
To a manufacturer, we need to schedule the the producction time, Normally speaking, the production time need about 30 days for one order.
And the shipping time, it need about 15 to 20 days from China to AU by sea.
The estimate time for one order is about 50 days.
Hope my information will be helpful to you.

P.S.;we are a manufacturer of inflatable products.Christmas items is one of our main products.
Please contact me by trade manager if you are interested in our inflatable products.
Thanks.

Some are already placing orders to be delivered later in the year. Some have not done so at all yet. It depends on the company and the type of Xmas products they are selling.

Think of it this way....... When do you start seeing the first Xmas products on sale in retail stores?......... Now think how long it takes to place that order/ have it produced, quality checked, shipped, moved inside Australia theu the distribution system, and delivered to the actual stores...... Call it 90 days at the least to be safe.

The answer is quite simple. Rather than ask people on this forum, go directly to the Chamber of Commerce Website in Australia and ask for a list of Xmas Supplier Wholesalers in Australia. You can then contact each one of them as you wish and get the correct information, and not waste your time with replies from people who dont know what there talking about.

As you can see from the replies so far, someone has offered you aluminium panels, what does this have to do with your question or with Xmas for that matter. It just shows there are people who dont want to read the question properly. But then again this is the Alibaba Comedy Channel.[em2][em2][em2]
