A slight correction in your words (as per today's definition):
You are intelligent ...when you exchange views WITH bias and prejudice, though cleverly.

You are intelligent.... when you compromise, in a subtle manner, with your moral values and self esteem just for your selfish but momentry worldly benefits.

You are smart and intelligent as well .....when you don't let your left hand know what you are doing with your right hand. ( this is in practice as on today by some, so called, intelligent people).

As I could understand the message of this line, "You are you.....when you are at peace with who you are not", is that the "attaining real peace" or "attaining highest level of consciousness" for any mankind is the situation when one does not get affected by the "disturbed" or "uncomfortable" surroundings due to any worldly untoward circumstances/situations. This situation leads to "Moksha" or Salvation. This is my way of analysis.
