You may find this hard to believe ... but, of the thousands of "sell offers" on Alibaba for well known brand name products ... I have never seen one which is genuine.
Repeat ... you cannot buy genuine brand name goods from any Alibaba seller ... this includes particulary the hundreds of so called GOLD sellers offering brand name goods.
Alibaba well knows its sellers' brand products are fake ... which suggests that Alibaba itself is just as dishonest as its fake sellers.

Replying to [murnblood]:The problem is that if you do business and buy from authroized dealer, you almost have no profits.
The problem if you don't buy from authorized dealers is that the brand name company that invested in researching, developing, and marketing the product gets no profit from the sale of that product.
So which is fairer, the company that builds the product making a profit from it, or some guy who has invested nothing in building the product taking market share and selling someone elses product?
The reason that you pay higher prices from licenced re-seller is that there is a margin in there for the brand name company that developed the product. If they didn't make any money from the product then they would not have developed it in the first place and you would have nothing to sell!!
The very fact that there is a market for the product name means that the brand name company have done their job well and are entitled to a return there.
What makes people like yourself think that it is fair, just, or reasonable to cut the brand name company out profits from their own product?
Replying to [murnblood]:Well, i have 6 nokia n95 silver. plum phoines for sale, I live in the USA, but i bought these phones from china! my email: [Please do not post contact information on the forum as it is against the rules of this board].
If you bought these items in China and you are not a Nokia licenced re-seller then these items are not Nokia product - they are just product with the Nokia name on them. As such I would suggest that you dont sell them as Nokia product or you could get into trouble.
you can go through the trading company that offers brand name products.
This is incorrect.
There are no trading companies (in China at least) that have the rights to sell brand name products. There ARE plenty of trading companies and individuals that claim to have these rights but NONE of them do.
How do I know this? Easy. Go to the website of the brand name company that you want to buy. Look at their online lists of licenced re-sellers or contact them for this information. You won't find any trading companies in China on that list.
Another very quick and easy way to confirm this is to ask your supplier for their licence number from the brand name company. AND THEN CHECK THIS NUMBER BY CONTACTING THE BRAND NAME COMPANY.
The whole process of making and selling brand name products is a very simple and logical procedure that does not include the ability of individuals to buy these products direct from the manufacturing base in China.
Yes many of these products are made here in China.
But they are made under contract and NO factory can sell the products to anyone but their customer - the brand name company or it's licenced distributors.
There is no way around this.
