Can somebody tell me what is the fee that Chinese Exporter has to pay to get the Export Licence and C/O for textiles?
I was told that it is about 360 USD for Export Licence + C/O no matter what quanties of textiles are on the licence - is that true?

I am an european importer of ladies garments from China.

Replying to [zapalka]:Quota has relationship with quantity,but Export Licence + C/O are immovable.
I think it is expensive.
