I graduated from school more than half year ago!Now I am a international purchase man !This is the first time I take this job and I have no experience !so I want you help to give me some advice and also share with me your experiences and some good international trading website also welcome!Thank you so much!

Mate,
you have to decide which industry you want to work in. you certainly cannot work in every industry, it will drive you crazy.
secondly, how fast can you find a product? how many contacts do you have? will the every suppliers in the phonebook deal with you
how soon can ship the product and how cost effective can you be, compared to the next guy.
so I give you a challenge, find me a ceremic platter, all white 600mm x 300mm, ship to Australia. Off you go mate.

You must also have a good relationship with all your links as well as being able to respond on time. you could explore more and explain about it as well.
you must have a deep knowledge on the product
must have current market value and the popularity
there must be a market demand as well
you should know your buyer before making a purchase for the company
you should know the capacity of the market
the research and investigations of the weak points of the products and the quality are also essential
you must be dedicated and active
you shouldn't ignore every related queries regarding the products and its relavant issues when you wanna be a purchase man
