Nature is a great universal stress reliever, one that is close to everyone.

Sometimes it's even enough to spend 5 minutes to watch a short relaxation video at work. I usually find some at http://www.relaxwithnature.com

Go for a walk as often as you can. Just a few minutes in the outdoors can reduce our stress level dramatically.
