The earthquake a few days ago, near Taiwan, has severly affected internet communications with China and Hong Kong.

How has this affected your business in both sourcing and communications with China and Hong Kong?

Replying to [Beautyflex Plastisol]:I am moved by you as you are the only one to mention the people in the disaster, and let's pray for them. but this earthquake really affected us as it shaked off one of our new orders, after sending out the samples and the many comments from our client, she finally wants to place an order by asking us to issue the P.I, so we keeping trying to send her emails, but every time was rejected, and lastly, we sent it by fax, but got no reply, so, this is order is shaked off by the earthquake.[em8]

The Telecommunication issue has been the biggest issue, these telcom companies are bad, they don't even want to spend the extra month for a few backup cables. History has shown this doesn't happen just once every 100 years, they are kidding themselves.

I'm not trying to make a fuss, and I don't like Politics very much, but when you guys are mentioning China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, you are making it like that these three places are three different countries. As a Chinese I feel very unconfortable toward that. Please use Chinese mainland instead of China when you mention these three regions together. Thanks.

I am living and working in South China. As far as I am concerned, the influence of the earthquake to me is a little.
I couldn't login MSN for 2 or 3 days, and i also have trouble opening the google mail (gmail) for some time. But now everything is all right.
