Guangxi Kangyuan Foreign Trade Group = OUTRIGHT FRAUD FROM GUILING CHINA
Post 1 of 14
Dear All,

another bunch of **** Guilin scammers has recently joined the line-up.

Considering both evidence and figures, we assume that virtually every company claiming to do international trade in this city is nothing but a specifically organized group of fraudsters trying to rip foreign businesses off.

These do rely on one single thing to succeed: your greed for money, so...be careful, use due diligence and do not fall for it! Reporting the crime to the local police after you have been framed will not do as we have information that make us think Guilin is a scammer's nest just because local authorities share a slice of the whole cake: once again, watch out![em3]

This is the latest fraud company we have had the chance to spot out:

Guangxi Kangyuan Foreign Trade Group

E-MAIL: Swallowbird520@yahoo.com.cn/swallow@kangyuangroup.com

MSN:Swallowbird520@live.cn

Address: SouthwestNo.1, XingdaBuilding 6F , WulidianRoad,No.8,
GaoxingDistrict, Guilin541002, Guangxi P.R. China

Web: http://www.kangyuangroup.com/

Tel: +86-773-2968873

Fax: 86-773-5829799

They are using a completely restricted website (login is required to view any page) probably because they think this will prevent their fraud from being easily discovered, however, they are so stupid as the word is already out on these type of scam and their latest website outlook is totally identical to those of the other we previously discovered (Henan Huaxia, Guilin Tenghui, Guilin Shengwei, etc.).

Watch out and take care![em2]

Replying to [SPECTRA]: Dear Mr Spectra,
we've been contacted by the same person who even invited us to China to show samples, and see the company ourselves. They seemed pretty reliable, but now after reading your warning, we get confused. Are you sure they are a fraud company? may I ask , what makes it so sure?

We have had several e mails over the past three weeks. this morning we received a very nice contract to sign with an order for $40,000 of goods. They offered to sent 50% of payment with the order and the rest within 7 days of shipment.

Oh, and could they have a free sample please?
Yes, of course - how many samples would you like?
They are just a bit to amateur in what they are doing for anyone to fall for it.

I would suggest that if anyone who does not speak English as their mother tongue, that they ask someone to look at the contract for them. Any company doing international business would normally take the time to make certain that the words in the contract were not simply translated by Babel Fish, but by someone who knows the language. On the more positive side - I suppose that sending out these e mails to companies around the world does stop them from becoming involved in anything serious.

Replying to [SPECTRA]: I was contacted by this company and was immediately suspicious because their method and approach was the same as Lyon International also known as Liang Touzi. I have been in touch with one of their latest victims and can confirm that they are all one and the same, the same people, the same address, despite them listing this differently, the description of the offices is the same as those that I visited and the photographs I have been shown of the main people involved are all the same as those people that I saw. I have also had confirmation from other victims involved that they are the same people behind Guangxi Union and Guilin Union. Guangxi Kangyuan, Lyon International, Liang Touzi, and many other names, everyone BEWARE!!!!

Unfortunately, it really seems Alibaba has no interest in cracking down on the scammers....it appears that most of them are actually listed as "GOLD" suppliers, which means they pay money to get even more covered when perpetrating their misdeeds.

The only way not to get cheated is to lose greed for money, be very cautious and apply due diligence with any new supplier.

Take care
