Dear friends,Hi!
I'm trying to find out how can I establish a trading office in China to export chinese objects?
Is there a significant advantage between using my own office in China and someone else's office?

Replying to [samar1359]:hi,you want to buy some companies?
firstly, which companies you want to buy?i think you need know details for products for which company produce.and you also need know if the owners will sell the company to you.

to buy some,i think the best is to do one which you know it well.
when you first company goes well, then you can buy some others.
for begining,you'd better consider deeply.

and you also need help for some chinese,or you need chinese partners for you. if you know chinese well, for language and people, maybe you can do it by yourself.

and if i am a foreigner ,i think i like best to have office, not company first.because for office,it is much easier need not register.for office,i need check the products, check the market ,check the operation for foreign trade.

[em1][em1]just my own opinion.

Dear Samar,
Nice to know you here.

If you open company in China, what products are you going to do? do you have any good decision?

My suggestion:
1. Open office is better than company, you know everthing is diffcult in begaining!

2. Fine the goods you want to working for. If it's the Hardware tools, I can help you in this point. Because I working for this in 3 years.

3. Do you know Yangjiang city in Guangdong, China? the hardware tools country. I live here. I know that open an office in Yangjiang is not very difficult. Also, Yangjiang is near the sea and high way, It's good for shipment. I am glad to work for you if you can give me an opporunity.[em17]

4. Hope you can open office in Yangjiang. Welcome to Yangjiang for test.[em7]

[em10] To establish a trading office in China, you must register in Industrial & Commercial Bureau firstly, and your registeration capital must come up to regulated volume. Then it is legal to run it.

To establish an office, you need to consider:
1. Traveling to China
2. Paying the necessary 1st and annual fees
3. Hiring employees to run your office
All are very much to doable but then in order to fully be on top of things you may need to consider relocating to China to make sure all your transactions go smoothly.
OR,
You can hire a readily available business who offers business services to importers from around the world.
