How can I establish a trading office in China

Dear friends,Hi!
I'm trying to find out how can I establish a trading office in China to export chinese objects?
Is there a significant advantage between using my own office in China and someone else's office?

Replying to [samar1359]:To establish a trading office in China, you should first stay in China for short time in the location where your business products are located ( Industrial city or area ) get practical knowledge with the manufacturers about the trading, make some shipments by yourself with their help, when you have this practical knowledge you will automatically have many of the experiance that if it is fruitful for you to establish your trading co.or you work with someone else ( as you ask in your question ) who is already based in China.If you do not want / can not do this excercise and directly want to open a trading co. then find some official agents who can register your company and you can start your trading. co.

If you are a foreigner,it is very easy to open a company.As you mentioned that you want to set up a trade company,I think it may be difficult .Our goverment welcome investment.not a traslational company.cause it will not produce the treasure.

No matter who you're, it's easy to register a trade company in China, but it's not easy for you to run your own trade company in China, first of all, you have to find enough customers to keep your business running. Second, you need a good management team to help you no matter where your company is located in China, sometimes you have to have relationship with local offcials.

So I suggest that for the first stage, you may work with a business partner in China. Also you can register a HK based offshore company and run in Mainland China, which will reduce much cost of operating your business in China. Good luck

I think it is not difficult to register a trade office in China according to the government policies in China nowadays , but it will be hard work to run it at the beginning.

You can work with a business partner in China first to test the market and master how to handle the cases, it will save your cost for operating untill you are familiar with it.
