How to improve yourself to your customer.

I own a service company to offer foreigner's business service. I work hard to serve for every customer with great honest and passion. Sometimes I feel very tired but mostly I am happy because I try my best to help all the people who need help when do business with Chinese suppliers. I am gold supplier of Alibaba. However I was disturbed when someone ask me: How can I trust you? Are you honest? How can I trust you? I only to tell people that avoid saying too much and opt to take action instead.
I work harder and harder to make people trust me and never lie to my customers. I try my best to deal with any troubles my customers meet and make their business go smoothly.
If you are a supplier, how you make yourself trusted? Shall we share your story and your experience?

Replying to [Phoenixdo4u]: If we do not be trusted by others , especially the clients ,that is very disappointed. Anway, we have sticked to our business and do the right thing we think which is right .

Replying to [Phoenixdo4u]:I think the best way is communication with your client frequently. Do not always tell customers the good side of business, also tell them some details issue maybe happen in the future. I think you should do which you are good at. Do not believe that you are expert in anything.

IF BUYER IS REALLY INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCT, THEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHOW THEM YOUR HONESTY FREQUENTLY, ONCE U SAID AND GIVE YOUR COMPLETE DETAIL, IT IS BUYER RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL HIM FREQUENTLY THAT U ARE HONEST, RELIABLE AND HARD WORKER, BEACUSE EVEN FAKE SUPPLIER OR BUYER SAY THEY ARE GENUINE AND WE DO THIS AND THAT INFACT THEY ARE NOT.
SO, TO SHOW YOUR GRATITUDE AND HONESTY TOWARDS BUYER IS SIMPLE, TAKE PICTURE AND SEND HIM THE COMPLETE INFO AND IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO START WITH SMALL QTY AT FRONT AND MOVE UPTO BIG QTY IN ORDER TO BUILD UP LONG TERM RELATION SHIP WITH BUYERS AND SUPPLIER.
AS BEIGN A GENUINE SUPPLIER, DO NOT POST UNRELASTIC OFFER AND STICK IN TO YOUR WORK LINE!!

" slow and steady always win the race!" I quite agree with you! However,sometimes,maybe the boss has little experience in foreign business while he is eager to get an order.Nearly EVERYDAY he asks his staff like this "when will you get orders?" Bringing much stress to the staff.In this case,what should we do? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

Replying to [Phoenixdo4u]:The Honesty and integrity is very important for success in any business, as you indicated that yours is service industry then it is much more to be emphasized upon, as the co offering products it is very easy to judge the honesty / integrity of the Co. after seeing the products. I am not saying that the same is not needed in the co supplying the product. basic business ethics are essential for each and every co. You have to develop that trust in your customer mind that he can rely on you. Reliability is the key to success in ex-im business.

Replying to [Phoenixdo4u]: As a seller I would try to stand in customer's position and understand what is customer want. Last time I noticed a sentence "In 21st century, CS is no longer meaning "customer satisfication" but "customer success" more, it is on wrong that customers do business is to make profit, it is important to tread customer well, saying good words to customer..etc but that is not engough, besides that, giving customer good advise, refusing customer resolutely sometimes is also helpful to business...

Replying to [Phoenixdo4u]:In response to your question, I would like to tell you that please do not take any thing harder in business world, and try to look into the hidden demand of your buyer's questions, "Can I trust you?" Simply, he just looking for an assurance, safety and sense of protection from an anticipated financial loss. This normally happens to me while I communicating with a new buyer, and he seems interested to acquiring my services. A smart seller should be a good face and mind reader of second party. What I do? When I read the mind of my potential buyer that although, he is interested to avail my offer but being puzzled or hestitated to step forward due to lake of past business experience or guarantee. I respectfully invite him to contact some one in his area who has already dealt with me or/and any of my business associates who knows me very well, and make him satisfied.Remember, in business-line the best identity of us is our satisfied customers who are witnessed of our honesty, trustworthy, and fair dealings. I believe my one satisfied customer will send ten new customers, and off course, they will not demand any guarantee. Goodluck!
