I am trying to get a mobile phone I have ordered from them a couple of days ago... have you managed to get any redress? I have a Mandarin speaker call them now. But I really do not have much hope having read yours and similar stories . The Gold trader and the ISO 9001 mean nothing in China. I will never deal with Alibaba or any Chinese supplier ever again.

I have sent a message to a senior manager from alibaba who is in my business network. No reply yet (I don't really expect any). These Putian Weiteng  people are outright frauds and they need ot be shut down. So write to everyone you can -- alibaba, chinese embassy, trade commission, the Chinese Premier. Their name must become synonymous with fraud and they must be shut down, so they do not cheat more people.
