Dear Friends,
Recently, we received a icpo from a Buyer mandate ( He is from Russia) for Jet fuel. After Soft probe Result, we forward Seller's FCO to them. Before getting our FCO, he mailed us daily and ask FCO. After FCO, no reply. and then he informed that his buyer finished deal with other Seller. Same we met 15 days back for REBCO Deal.
So, Who one like to know the mandates cheating history contact me, i will give his details.

1)if you are able to sell REBCO with target price Genova Platt minus
discount +/- 8/10 USD p/bbl and agree to the following procedure, I
would appreciate to get your offer.
PROCEDURE:
. Seller sends FCO and informs Buyer, which Pop he will present
and at what time.
. Buyer answers with his ICPO and UCP-500-contract.
. Buyer and seller sign contract, and exchange hard contract by
DHL/FEDEX.
. Seller issues copy of verifiable Proof of Product (PoP).
. Buyer accepts PoP after successful verification in writing.
. Seller's acceptable bank issues non-operative performance bond
2% (two),
revolving for each monthly supply to Buyer's bank.
. Buyer issues within 48 hours after satisfactory verification of
P/B and PoP irrevocable, confirmed, revolving
documentary L/C
. DL/C activates the non-operative P/B.
. Shipment starts as contracted.
2) Diesel D2 CIF ASWP we are looking for your best price (target price
fixed +/- 400/390 USD p/MT). Our buyers (2x 500.000 MT monthly) prefere
procedure according MT799 or MT700, more details via LOI if your offer
is acceptable.
